1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to, and use of, the website of Elcon Interior www.elconinterior.com, and any services or products we offer Interior, MEP, Civil. By visiting or using the Site or communicating with us for Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.

2. Services

Elcon Interior provides interior-design and architecture services, including but not limited to: design consultation, space planning, concept development, project execution, furnishing procurement, installation, and related services. We may also offer other products or solutions as listed on the Site.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Payment

When you request a quote, we’ll provide an estimate based on the information you supply.
All quotes are subject to change if the project scope changes, or due to inflation, material costs, labour rates, etc.
Payment terms (advance, milestone, project completion) will be set out in a separate agreement.
Payments must be made by the methods specified. Late payments may incur interest or delay in deliverables.

4. Scheduling & Access

You will provide access to the site at agreed times and ensure the site is ready for our team to work.
If there is delay due to you (e.g., site not ready, missing approvals), we are not responsible for delays in completion.
Additional costs may apply for delays or extra work beyond the original scope.

5. Changes & Additional Work

Any changes beyond the agreed scope must be documented and may incur additional costs and time.
We reserve the right to charge for additional work, materials or design changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, concepts, renderings and other materials provided by Elcon Interior remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use them solely for your project purpose and may not reproduce, distribute or use them for other purposes without our written consent.
If you provide us any materials (photos, logos, text, etc.), you confirm you own or have rights to use them and will indemnify us for any claims arising from use.

7. Warranty & Liability

We endeavour to perform the Services with reasonable skill and care.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, except those which cannot be excluded.
Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of the Services or Site use is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in respect of the project.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, business interruption or reputation.

8. Site Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its security, data or operations.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy (see above). By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your project or access to the Site if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or become insolvent. Upon termination you must pay all outstanding fees and we may cease work until full payment is made.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Chennai, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance.
